Your brewer might consider a good beer with a slight lime flavor and a jalapeno
touch and label it "Pancho Villa Beer".
Anyway, Thanks for setting up in Texas, all of the old Texas beers have either been sold out to other breweries, don't taste the same, gone out of production or taste like cheap mass produced beer for the "po" folks.
